Established in 2016 by a small group of NET volunteers, (commonly called NETs), FPN is now a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation.  Initially we will function primarily to hold and distribute funds that NET teams have already raised.

In time we will raise additional funds to support all teams’ efforts, such as obtaining needed medical supplies for Team emergency caches, and assisting teams with their own fundraising efforts.

• We will support increasing diversity of the NET program and aid in recruiting and retaining NET volunteers.
• We will advocate for the NET program at local and state levels because the emergency and disaster support of NET volunteers are important for Portland and our neighborhoods.
• We will be a voice for NETs.
